At Lootie, we do our best to make sure every order arrives on time and ready to celebrate! Please review our delivery options and pricing below to help choose what works best for you.

 

STANDARD DELIVERY

 

Orders typically take 3 business days to process and another 2–4 business days for delivery (excluding weekends and holidays).

 

If your order is for a later event, we’ll schedule delivery closer to your requested date.


Please make sure to indicate the date you need your order by at checkout so we can plan accordingly.

 

RUSH DELIVERY

 

Need your order in a hurry? We offer Rush Delivery for urgent orders, allowing delivery within 48-72 hours for an additional fee.

Please be sure to select the correct shipping option at checkout to match your timeline needs.

 

Corporate or Bulk Orders

 

For large custom orders (50+ Bags) that include detailed personalization, please reach out to us at lootiepartyshop@gmail.com before placing your order so we can plan and quote your delivery accurately.

 

Delivery Address


Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Lootie is not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses. If a package is returned due to an address error, additional fees will apply to re-deliver.

 

Apartment buildings and PO Boxes?

 

If your address indicates that it is an apartment complex, we will contact you to arrange a delivery time. Please include your unit number, buzz code, and any helpful instructions in the notes at checkout, or email us at lootiepartyshop@gmail.com.

 

Local delivery is not available to PO Boxes, so please provide a physical address.

 

If we’re unable to successfully drop off your order (due to no access, incorrect address, or missing information), we’ll reach out to reschedule a new delivery window. Please note that an additional delivery charge will apply for any second delivery attempt.
