Is there a minimum order?

Yes! There is a minimum order of 5 for most items. Please refer to product description.

 

Can I create/customize my own bags?

Absolutely! You can choose from our pre-made Lootie Packs or create your own fully customized packs. To customize, head over to the 'Custom Lootie' tab, select your items, packaging, and any custom stickers or gift tags you’d like.

 

How do I request a custom gift tag or sticker? 

After your have selected your design and added all your goodies to your cart go to “Your Cart” before checkout and use the “Order Special Instructions” box at the bottom to tell us: 

  • Child’s name & age
  • Your message (if not using premade design)
  • Any custom design details (e.g., character themes, colors)
  • The date you need your goodie bags by

How many goodies should I pick for my bags?

On average, we recommend 2–4 items per bag, but you can pick as many as you like! For an easier option, check out our pre-made bags — they’re curated for the best combos and less hassle.

 

What age are your goodie bags best suited for?

Our Lootie goodie bags are designed with little party guests ages 1–7 in mind. We offer a variety of fun, age-appropriate products for every stage — from curious tots to energetic kinders!

 

Do you have a physical store?

Not at the moment — we are online only. But don’t worry! We take care to ensure that all product photos are as accurate and true-to-life as possible.

 

How many days in advance should I place my order?

We offer different delivery options to suit different timelines, but whenever possible, we recommend placing your order as early as you can to avoid any last-minute stress.

 

Do you accept Cash on Delivery?

Unfortunately, we do not. All orders are confirmed and processed only once full payment is received.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

At this time, we accept e-transfer only. Once your order is placed, please send an e-transfer for the total amount within 24 hours to lootiepartyshop@gmail.com and include your Order # in the notes. Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email confirmation from us.

 

Do you ship outside of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada?

At the moment, we don’t offer shipping or delivery outside of Edmonton, but we do provide convenient local delivery within the city and nearby surrounding areas. We hope to expand in the future!

 

How much is shipping and delivery?

We make every effort to get your goodies to you quickly and conveniently! We currently offer local delivery only for all of our products.

 

·       Free Standard Delivery for orders over $55

·       $10 Standard Delivery (delivered within 8 days)

·       $15 Rush Delivery (delivered within 2–3 days)

 

Q: Do you deliver to apartment buildings and PO Boxes?
Yes, we deliver to apartment buildings! If your address indicates that it is an apartment complex, we will contact you to arrange a delivery time. Please include your unit number, buzz code, and any helpful instructions in the notes at checkout, or email us at lootiepartyshop@gmail.com.

 

Local delivery is not available to PO Boxes, so please provide a physical address.

 

If we’re unable to successfully drop off your order (due to no access, incorrect address, or missing information), we’ll reach out to reschedule a new delivery window. Please note that an additional delivery charge will apply for any second delivery attempt.

 

Can I refund, exchange or cancel my order?

At Lootie, we truly appreciate your business! Every product and Lootie Bag is carefully inspected and packed with lots of care. Because of this care and the nature of our products, all orders are final – non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-returnable.
