Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
We want every Lootie package to bring smiles — not stress! Please take a moment to inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if anything isn’t quite right. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll do our best to make it right.
If this happens, please email us at lootiepartyshop@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order and include clear photos of the item(s) in question. This helps us quickly review the issue and find the best solution for you.
Please note that items sent back to us without prior contact or approval will not be accepted. Lootie reserves the right to determine, at our discretion, whether a return or exchange will be approved.
